MyNestic – DMCA Copyright Policy
In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), MyNestic has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to:

If you believe that content available on or through our Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of a person/entity you represent), please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:
-
A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner or their representative.
-
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
-
Identification of the specific material that is allegedly infringing, along with enough detail for us to locate and verify it.
-
A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email (if available).
-
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Once a Valid Notice Is Received
When a proper infringement notice is received by our Designated Agent, MyNestic may:
-
Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
-
Notify the content provider accused of infringement that we have removed or disabled access to their material.
-
Terminate access to our Services for repeat violators.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed or disabled in error (for example, due to misidentification or mistake), you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:
-
A physical or electronic signature of the content provider.
-
Identification of the material that was removed/disabled and its previous location before removal.
-
A statement under good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
-
Your full name, address, phone number, and email (if available).
-
A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district where MyNestic is located), and that you accept service of process from the original complaining party.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, MyNestic may provide a copy to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, the removed material may be restored at our discretion.
